Rules for Registering, Judging & Award Schedule for Exhibits are as follows:

  • Exhibits must be registered Tuesday August 2nd, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Camden Park’s WV Grille.
  • Exhibitors may enter only one item in each division for garden vegetables or farm crops, or one item in each class for home art exhibits.
  • Judging will take place Wednesday August 3rd between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (this is closed to the public and exhibitors)
  • All items in the garden vegetable and farm crops division must have been grown by the exhibitor on their farm or in the garden in Wayne County.
  • All items in the home art exhibits must have been made by the exhibitor from Wayne County between August 2020 and August 2022.
  • The exhibits must be removed Saturday August 6 between 5:00pm and 11:00pm. Exhibitors must show claim ticket to enter Camden Park.

Note: Best of Show Exhibits MUST HAVE COMPETITION. All Open Class Exhibits that are to be shown only and not judged are welcome. “Shown only” exhibits are first come, first served, and as space allows. No pricing allowed on “Shown Only” exhibits.

Wayne County Fair volunteers will be help in registering your exhibits on August 2nd from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Each exhibit will be provided a tag which must be fastened to the exhibit and the perforated part is the claim ticket. The claim tickets must be presented SATURDAY August 6 between 9pm and 11pm to claim exhibits. Security at the Wayne County Fair will be provided by Camden Park. The Wayne County Fair or Camden Park are not responsible for loss or damages to exhibits.
